Re: The e-mail address linked to my old account cannot register for my new account

Hi i have this same issue. My virgin account is still linked to my old account number i need to access it to review billing and so forth. 

please could someone help and link my new account to my Virgin account

    We may need to raise an IT ticket for you if you would like to use the same email, if you wanted to use a new email you can set it up right away.
