Hi I am also having this issue unknown profiles on my Netflix

    Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, can you confirm if you have spoken to Netflix regarding this at all?

      I can’t contact Netflix as my Netflix is through virgin as part of the ultimate package

        You can still contact Netflix as they will access to your account details. 

        To confirm, is this through the channel or the app?

      Even know you have Netflix through us we are just the middle person.

      You still do have an account with them and can contact them with your login.

      We just act as the middle person for you that's all.
