Re: Paid bill but not updating on the system. I’m livid. This has happened a couple of times.

Hi.

I too have the same problem on my adult daughters account and my account. The app never updated payments I made online and over phone - weeks ago. 2 of the payments were over 2 weeks ago - still not showing as paid on App.

Still shows 2 months bill at top. 

Useless App. Also you can't make a payment on the App

    Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the app, can you confirm if you've tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

      Hi.

      Yes I have Uninstalled and Reinstalled My Virgin Media App. And the strange thing is, when I click on the App Icon after uninstalling/reinstalling, it takes me straight into my account, without having to enter username & password. And nothing has changed. Same screens. No record of my recent payments.
