Re: moving home and being put into a new 18 month contract

Hi. I am in the exact same situation as everyone here. Could someone please contact me to resolve this. Thank you

    Welcome to the community forums 

    Sorry to hear of your concern over a new contract. 

    If you've not agreed on a new deal/contract then you shouldn't be moved onto a new contract. What will happen is your services will be transferred to your new address and then once active, the account will be amended to reflect your current contract details as well as the length remaining. 

    Please do let us know if you've already moved to your new address and have the new services activated and the old address disconnected, but still see that your contract or package is incorrect, then we'll be able to assist you further here.

      Hi. Thanks for the reply. Yes I have moved to the new address and the old address has been disconnected. I have not agreed to a new contract and haven’t changed the package in any way but a new 18 month contract with a new direct debit has been set up without my consent. I would like this resolved asap please
