Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community.
We can certainly get things checked out for you however I will need to confirm some information with you.
I have sent you a private message regarding this and will investigate further once I receive your reply. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.

Hi Fiona312,
Thanks for coming back to me via private message and updating me with the information I needed.
I have filled out our internal form now to confirm the LPA. This will go directly to our CEO's team who will action this on the account. It usually takes up to 72 hours.
If you have any further issues, please feel free to come back to me here 🙂
Thanks,

Thank you so much.
Will I get confirmation once the LPA has been registered on my mum's account?

Hi Fiona,
Being 100% honest, I would think so but I don't know for sure.
I have saved this thread though and will check the account on Wednesday to ensure it's been registered. I'll pop back to you to confirm then so you know either way 🙂
Thanks,
- calhawesJoining inHello Kath, I have the same issue. As you seem to have sorted this out very quickly and efficiently, would you be able to help me too?

I have the exact same question. My Dad is receiving end of life care and I have an online power of attorney account set up. I would like to register my POA with Virgin Media electronically via a digital access code. Would you be able to message me to let me know the information you need? Many thanks.

Hiya,
I have exactly the same request as the others - how do I setup the LPA - I have a digital LPA online in place.
I would like to register my POA with Virgin Media electronically via a digital access code.
Thanks

I have a LPA for my mum and she wants me to register it on her account. I dont want to send a copy of the form as it is not readily available. I would like to submit my LPA entitlement using the online verification code system provided by .gov.uk
I see from previous comments that this is possible and relatively quick to sort.
Could somebody please contact me so that I can get this sorted ASAP:.
Thank you

Thanks for repeating the earlier standard responses and for the link to the LPA website.
I am, aware how the system works and have an LPA code to give Virgin. I just need to know how?
You mention phone? Could you provide a number as none of the options available on your automated system allow me to do this.
Numerous people have done this on this thread via PM, can we not do the same?

Hi Baldboro
The email address that Matthew_ML posted in his reply to you won't show in the thread because the forum systems automatically delete it.
However you will be able to see it if you go to the following page https://www.virginmedia.com/help/accessibility
and scroll down to the following section

Power of Attorney and other Court Appointed Third Party Account Management
There's a walk through about registering for LPA via the government site on the following post
