Re: How to downgrade package

I've got the same issue.  Online under change package help and support, there is an option 'cancel or downgrade' that takes you to this page:  https://www.virginmedia.com/help/leaving   where there is no option to downgrade except by phoning Virgin.  As BenH1970 found it doesn't seem to be possible to downgrade online.

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing a problem when trying to downgrade your package. For clarity, are you able to make changes to your package when checking, here?

    If this part of the site does not allow you to do so, please let us know and we'll raise the issue with the online option to the relevant team ๐Ÿ™‚

    Your link takes me to the page where there are options for managing my account but upgrades and offers does not give options for downgrading and the help and support option is as I've described above.  The downgrade element disappears and there is no way to downgrade online.  The only way is by phoning Virgin.
