Re: Historic account - cant pay debt

I had an account with virgin media a few years ago and paid all my bills and closed the account. After recently looking at my credit I apparently owe them more money. I have been unable to pay due to my account being closed. Really need help with this as its ruined my credit. No emails from Virgin Media saying that I ever owed this money.
