As you can see from my past posts, there are a lot of us having issues with Virgin not honouring deals or orders placed by existing customers and just giving us the run around. Please look through this forum and also Reddit and X(twitter) to see the scale of the problem.

I have contacted Martin Lewis on X and his representative has contacted me and we are getting the ball rolling on fighting this and exposing it for what it is.

If you have X(twitter), please get your message out there to him.

    We all look forward to the Martin Lewis TV program about this ..VM shafts customers incredulously ..if they spent time honoring valued existing customers and looking after them they would gain much esteem and customers would be satisfied and stay... why do it ? ..I cannot wait to say  "farewell and adieu " to VM they lied to me and shafted me over my current contract.. unfortunately it would cost hundreds to cancel and leave VM at this time.. I am awaiting the point where my new ISP would provide compensation to compensate .. then  "" adios ""  and I will be  well rid of these scoundrels  VM...
