As you can see from my past posts, there are a lot of us having issues with Virgin not honouring deals or orders placed by existing customers and just giving us the run around. Please look through this forum and also Reddit and X(twitter) to see the scale of the problem.
I have contacted Martin Lewis on X and his representative has contacted me and we are getting the ball rolling on fighting this and exposing it for what it is.
