Re: Can I leave early if virgin are over charging me every month

I have the same issue, I also have been over charged 

VM applied a refund for £153.00 on the 12th February 2024 that was applied as a credit to my account 

My bill was due to be taken on the 20th February? 
They told me that no payment would be collected as it would cover what is due to be collected would still have credit remaining 

but virgin media still took the payment and still have a credit of £153.00 remaining???? 
I want the money back!!!!!!
