Re cabling
Hi, had engineer come out about intermittent broadband speed checked hub and internal connections and he said we have a problem with external cable from green box. Had a txt message saying work would be carried out 11th July nobody came to do the work. Finally managed to speak to someone on messenger who now is telling me to buy my own cable Rg11 because we need 90 meters and they don't supply 90 meters. Got a engineer booked for the 16th July but not sure what he can do? Anyone else experienced this problem.
