Re: BEWARE - VM WILL STILL CHARGE YOU AFTER CANCELLATION DATE

This happened to me too. I cancelled in January and received a confirmation email. But I've just realised Virgin Media have been charging me via direct debit every month. They're no help on the phone as they can just see my account is closed. But where this charge coming from?!

Will submit my story to Ofcom.
What an awful company.
