Random new contract received including Solus Broadband ... Not requested
After spending almost 3 hours on the phone over the last few days, trying to upgrade some TV packages and still being unsuccessful, because the online order system doesn't work and the customer service team can't honour online offers (wild), I have just received a new contract email, saying I have accepted to add Solus Broadband? This almost doubles my current plan. Hopefully I can cancel as within the 14 day cooking off period, but had anyone else had this happen? Politely loosing the will with the terrible service! TIA!
