Problems with payment on an pre-order
I was here ordering a broadband service, and when it leads to payment, non of them works, it will lead me to direct debit. But the things id direct debit don’t even work, I’ve entered my name, bank account number and sort code, and it says that something is wrong with them. I am definitely sure that I entered it correct, got to be something to do with the company’s system. Don’t know what to do now, and I am really forwarding into using virgin media’s broadband service, but it just dont really letting me to
