Problems with Logging in to my account (again)

We have been here before 4 Months ago !!

I tried to Login to my Account this morning only to be sent around the perpetual loop of confirming my identity via an email link that then does not work and inevitably my account gets locked out.

I am now told to try again after Midnight Tonight !!

Nothing has changed at this End User end and this is another failure by Virgin Media/O2.

What a ridiculous situation to put your Customers into and it is about time that this situation is fully resolved.

    Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your online account. 

    Are you able to try to login after clearing your cache and cookies or via another device?

    So I have tried again this morning and gone round the same loop again , I give up !!

    This is Virgin's problem please sort , it is not an end user problem.

    Yes I have tried logging in from the App on my mobile and it just sends me round the same loop as the email link to verify says the Link has expired. I give up !!

      Thanks for the update on this, as it is a verification issue, you would need to reach out to the contact team who will be able to assist and bypass the verification and allow for you to log in. they are contactable on 📞0345 454 1111.

      So I have finally managed to Login to my Account via logging in to my Email but I fail

      to understand why the Login was failing when trying to Login to my Account.
