Problem logging in to my account

I have problem logging in to my account through the app and webpage today.  They sent a link to verify my email but it never works.  It says the link has expired and directs me to a home VIP sale webpage! Weird.

Just to confirm, are you logging in while using your VMO2 account? Does the link arrive broken, or is it delayed and arrives expired? Do you get this issue on multiple devices?
