Problem linking VM account with VMO2
VM and O2 have seemed to merge with zero thought for there older customers , I received no mail telling me to update anything before the grand merger . I have been a customer for a long time and when the VM engineer set up my account we used my old email as a username which I have been using with no problems for many years have never been asked to verify anything . The problem is my username is not an active email , have spent many hours on the phone to yourselves have spoken to IT and keep going around in circles this has been going on for over 2 weeks with promises of call backs that never come , I have not been able to access my emails for 3 weeks .
