prices for existing customerr

My monthly  Vm  cost went up to £90 this month I contact VM got  oversea callcentre   the advisor  managed to sign me up a new contract for the same package for £82  per month  which  is to expensive  compare  what  a new customer  gets

  • This is the business model VM has always used. You do not get new customer pricing because new customer prices are sold at a loss to attract new customers in. Existing customers pay the true cost of the services. You will always get better discounting by being locked into a new contract.

    Thanks for your post. Sorry you've had to head this way to explain what's happened with your renewal offer.

    What nodrogd has advised above is correct. With existing customers we will always offer the best possible package available.

    What price were you charged before the increase to £90?

  • Last Vm monthly  was £77  also as a pensioner  of  76  I find oversea callcentre  had to deal with WB
