My monthly Vm cost went up to £90 this month I contact VM got oversea callcentre the advisor managed to sign me up a new contract for the same package for £82 per month which is to expensive compare what a new customer gets
This is the business model VM has always used. You do not get new customer pricing because new customer prices are sold at a loss to attract new customers in. Existing customers pay the true cost of the services. You will always get better discounting by being locked into a new contract.
