Pre contract documents won’t open as files are corrupt

Hi I engaged with VM on chat today and agreed a new contract. The advisor sent more contract documents by a link in a text message but although the link opens when you try to open the attached documents adobe says they are corrupt files and won’t open.

how do I get copies sent out ?

Any help appreciated.
