Pre contract documents, how to I proceed, current prices wrong

The prices on the renewal offers where it says "currently paying" are wrong. It has gone up since yesterday, no offer has expired and contact is not up until March so I don't know why the change. I started to go through with an offer and had been emailed the pre contract documents. How do I proceed with this, I cant replicate it again because of the problem mentioned above. Or maybe I can get a better deal...
