Praise for Santini!

I have just spoken with a lady called Santini, who is relatively new to the company, after calling the "If you're thinking of leaving" department. She listened intently to my issues, apologised on behalf of the company, then set about resolving them in super quick time. My previous experiences of Virgin Media always seem to take absolutely ages on the phone, but her professionalism and excellent customer care meant that I was all sorted in very short time. Santini is an excellent ambassador for Virgin Media, and I'm sure that she will have a long and successful career with the company. Well done Santini!
