pods not working
received a new router now my 2 pods dont work , i have tried unplugging them both but still not connecting , anyone know how to fix this ?

Call the equipment activation number on 0800 953 9500. You will need the model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of all pieces of kit and also your account number.
VM will need to associate the pods with the new HUB.
This should be automatic but this is VM we are talking about...
