pods not working

received a new router now my 2 pods dont work , i have tried unplugging them both but still not connecting , anyone know how to fix this ?

  • VM will need to associate the pods with the new HUB.

    This should be automatic but this is VM we are talking about...

    Call the equipment activation number on 0800 953 9500. You will need the model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of all pieces of kit and also your account number.

      i called today and they told me to press the button on the router and they would connect but they havent

        Sorry to hear this G1ll123. We can however see you have very recently been in contact with our team again about this pod issue. Was this issue resolved with our team? Do you still need help regarding this?
