Having a little problem, i;ve put in my account holders last name, and my account number and i put in the Area reference number that is of the number 20, and it came back as a failed attempt, now i only have 2 attempts left.

The problem is.. i'm putting in the correct information when i'm trying to link my virgin media account, (account Holder last name, Account Number and area reference number) and its coming as fail...i only have 2 attempts left. I only got Virgin installed in my home 18 of august, so it could still be new to the system, if you can help that would be great.
