Please Help, billed for closed accounts...
Morning All
I am having issues dating back to a house move in October 2024, I have a written complaint on it's way to the Sunderland address and hours of Whatsapp chats documented with no resolution. This morning I have been billed for 2 accounts - 1 that disconnected last month and 1 that was never activated.
As a consequence I am now over £200 overdrawn despite being assured on Whatsapp that payments would not be taken.
Any signposting to anything would be really helpful.
