Payment not showing on account
My services were restricted, within 10 minutes of them being restricted I had paid the amount the app told me to pay, received an email stating it would be no longer than 3 hours, and my services are still showing as restricted. The payment I made (7.5 hours ago is not even showing on my account) how long does it take for the payment to actually be credited? As at the moment I cannot work and I have vulnerable children with no TV or internet.🥺
