Payment inconsistencies
Due to fraud on my account, my bank froze everything. When they defrosted it, half of my direct debits were missing! One of which was of course, virgin! Now, we all know how quickly they send the barrage of emails and messages warning you to pay blah blah blah but, they then ask for different amounts. When you pay the amount requested, they tell you it's not enough even though it's not due to be paid until January!! Due to mental illness, I really don't like talking on the phone and prefer to communicate via email or live chat. Now, I have explained this a gazillion times and every time I get told to call the 0345 number. They'll probably restrict my service now until I pay my bill early but their bullyboy tactics fly under the radar because they know that if you leave, you'll wish you hadn't because you will only get terrible broadband elsewhere. I hate them but I need them which drives me up the wall.
