Past Live Chat Transcript Request

Good evening.&nbsp;&nbsp;Is there a way of retrieving a very recent live chat?&nbsp; &nbsp;Yesterday (7th Jan 2025) _&nbsp; I spent nearly an afternoon on Live Chat - In the end we came up with what looked like a great deal to have our current package down to £63 a month instead of £92.50 which included sky sports.&nbsp; we very excited. .&nbsp; HOWEVER - to our dismay - when we came to access Sky Sports tonight (8th Jan 2025) - they have NOT included Sky Sports and now want to charge us a further £30 + a month for sky sports!&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;I had not realised that there was an option to print the live chat nor to take screen shots&nbsp; . . .. . .is there a way of getting that chat back?
