Password reset, request in progress

Forgotten my password,  when requesting password reset. The request in progress loop just spins but nothing happens.   Looking at the forum seems to be a regular occurrence. Is anyone able to assist please?

      We're sorry to hear you're having some issues changing your password.

      Could you try doing this via a browser instead of the app please?
