Password Reset for My Virgin Media account

Hello, usually I receive paper bills but this month Virgin Media randomly didn't send me one, I cannot remember my password for my virgin media account and the recovery emails don't arrive in my inbox, so I have no idea what my bills look like or how much I owe, any way to solve this?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

    We're sorry to hear you haven't received the paper bill this month.

    If you're the account holder, you'll need to register for an online account please if you'd like to switch to online bills. 

    You can register here

    This will stop paper bills going forward, you'd then need to sign in each month to view the statement online. 

    You'll need your account number and area reference which you'll find on your paper bill statements.

      Thanks for the reply, I have already registered a My Virgin Media account, but that's the problem, I can't remember my password as it was some time since I've used it, and the password recovery emails are not appearing in my email inbox, so I'm neither receiving paper bills nor able to access my online bill.  Is there any way of getting into my account?
