Paperless Billing
Since joining Virgin Media I have attempt via four different avenues to cancel paper billing -
1 followed the instructions to do on the website
2 sat on the telephone for a considerable time and eventually spoke to an agent
3 requested through your chat box
4 through your contact form
2 and 3 I have been assured it has been actioned but received another paper bill this morning.
As a sustainable policy surely in this day and age people should be opting in to get paper bills. Can anyone suggest what I do option no. 5??
