Paid bill but not updating on the system. I’m livid. This has happened a couple of times.
I made a substantial payment towards an overdue bill that had me completely baffled. It seems like bills are always incorrect. I used my credit card to make the payment over the phone, making sure to jot down all the details and keep a record of it. However, it has been over a month and the payment still hasn't been reflected in my account. Now, I'm being told to pay the same bill again and to make matters worse, my service is at risk of being cancelled. This is completely dishonest! I am appalled at the false/incorrect shoddy accounting and administration.
