Package Renewal

Hi,

Logged into my account and homepage saying package is expiring click to chat instantly taken to a chat bot which eventually gives a link to the same homepage. repeat repeat

eventually told I was being put into contact with a representative...someone shows up does not even type anything. give up

I would just like to talk to someone to sort this out. 

please put me in contact with a human and yes I have tries the phone numbers no luck.
