Renewed my package last week and was sent the docs etc in email, but today I got a bill for a different price and even in my Virgin media account its totally different 🙃

Yep fairly regular occurrence on forums. Someone from VM will respond, can be up to 3 days but usually with 24 hours. You'll need to have proof for them, or if you did by phone request a DSAR of the recorded call should you not get sorted with forum staff.
