Package details and charges?
Dear Virgin Media,
Today I received an email which breaks down the items in my Broadband, TV and Phone package, never seen this breakdown before. It shows the following:
Broadband
M125 Broadband
TV
Mixit TV
Virgin TV V6 Box, powered by TiVo
Virgin TV V6 Box, powered by TiVo
Home phone
Talk Weekends
Payment Handling Charge
Telephone Line Rental
Payment Handling Charge
Telephone Line Rental
Could you please advise if I am paying extra for a second Tivo box as I only have; and have always only had one TV box in my home. I didn't want the second TV box installed upstairs when this was offered originally, many years ago. Could you please update or correct your records so that I'm not expected to return a second box if I leave VM.
There are also the charges for Talk weekends payment handling and Telephone Line Rental
payment handling. I've never asked for Talk Weekends? Is this just part of my package? Why is there a secondary charge for the line rental payment handling and a third charge for the line rental?
