Overcharged

My contract says £78 and I keep getting charged £88 I phoned up and told virgin and they said the would look into it and what would I hope to be done and I said charge me £78 like the contract says so two month have past and still nothing has been done.

What can I do other than contact the ombudsman and put a complaint in.
