Overcharged

  • I am absolutely disgusted with VM. I signed up for a new contract on 1st October and was told my new bill would be reduced to £125. I then read my contract and saw that TNT was being removed which was never mentioned to me. Well I thought at least I have cut my bill. To my amazement my new bill came and it was a higher than quoted cost and included TNT which I didn't receive. I raised a complaint and they said Iit was their mistake and I received a reduced bill which I paid. I have just received my new bill yesterday and it was saying  I owed 45 pound for payment of my last bill which I paid in full. Also I have two emails from VM saying that my new bill would be 98 pound this month which includes £28 credit to cover the changes to my contract. Can you imagine my suprise when my bill came and it was for £135 not £98. Also I have been charged £4 for 'subscribing to netflix premium ' which I don't! I spent hours yesterday speaking to a representative who said someone would call me back in the next 48 hours. I then raised an online complaint and this afternoon I received a poorly written reply which doesn't make sense, and doesn't apologise and doesn't offer a resolution. This is now the third month which I have been charged for services that I don't receive , the amount that is requested on the paper bills does not reflect the amount in the emails that I received when starting a new contract. I am disgusted, stressed, totally fed up and disillusioned with VM. I would like this sorting immediately.
