Overcharged

My contract was coming to an end.  I renewed at a discounted rate but have been charged the out of contract rate.

Latest bill £51

I was expecting this:

    When did you renegotiate your contract? When was this bill generated, and what dates does it cover?

      Bill date: 26 February 2024

      Payment date: 14 March 2024

      I negotiated 7 March 2024.

      Your package for the next period covers 15 March - 14 April

      Your Volt package 

      £51.00

        Just had a credit hit my account for the £51.
