Overcharged

Hi,

A deal was agreed on my package with your colleague Steven_L earlier this year. I am extremely disappointed to keep being regularly overcharged on the agreed deal. I have been significant overcharged on my latest bill, and I would like this to be put right as soon as possible please.

I have tried messaging Steven_L directly with the details, but unfortunately I have received a 'Community Moderation Message' back requesting me to post a new thread instead! Please may I request that Steven_L private message me to provide direct support. I hope assistance in resolving this matter will be provided soon.

        Hi there Ashleigh_C,

        Thanks for your message. I am extremely disappointed to have received an email from Virgin Media this week informing me that my monthly bill will increase in April. I am also shocked because in February 2023 you amended the status of my account to vulnerable to protect me from future price rises. I would appreciate receiving the exemption from this forthcoming price rise, as previously agreed.

        I look forward to receiving a reply from you as soon as possible.
