Overcharged by £62.67
Hi,
I've tried calling 150 but all I can get is a link texted to me to view my bill - there is no option to speak to anyone under the billing option.
We've just received our latest bill and there is an item
Netflix premium bundle until 30/06/2024
Subscription started: 21/06/2023 Subscription fee: £62.67
Until recently we paid for Netflix through our Virgin account and it was included on the monthly bill. Can someone please look into why we've been charged for the whole of last year's Netflix subscription when it was already paid and arrange for a new bill to be issued?
