Hi rmack1 thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.
It's possible that the contract hasn't gone through yet as it can take up to 14 days for online package changes to occur.
Has this timescale occurred yet? If so when the contract is processed successfully, your new bill should be pro-rata'd as a result.
If it has passed though please let us know.
