Not honouring agreed contract.

Anyone know how to resolve this in the most quick and efficient manner? I have been overcharged and tried to resolve via chat, emailed the team leader as discussed but heard nothing - not even an acknowledgment. Extremely frustrating. Want to just cancel now - had enough!

    Have your discounts come to an end?

    What is the difference in the price?

    Could you have bought some PPV ( boxing, events etc)

      Thanks both , Matthew it is a very simple case of virgin not honouring what was agreed, evidence of which I have and have sent to you. Therefore I just need someone to look at it, say yes we got this wrong and offer me some compensation for the hours I have wasted on this simple matter because no one seems to take responsibility or accountability. Or I cancel the direct debit, make an indemnity claim and let virgin do some running around rather than me.

        Did the discounts come to an end?

        If the discounts have come to an end we wouldn't offer any credits for this because they do expire sorry. 

        Or has the price not been right since day 1?
