Over charges on account

Can anyone help me please, after spending another 2 hours on the phone yesterday to sort out my renewal which starts in June I’ve now had emails to say my payment this month is going to be £247 followed by the next month of £187 my contract is only for £80 ish pounds, I won’t have this spare cash in my account and can’t get anyone to help me on the phone and it’s becoming so time consuming and stressful 😢
