Outages
I have had several outages in the last few months. I used to be able to check whether there was an outage in the area, but now I receive a message checking my account payments and basically getting me to switch off and on. What a deliberate abdication of responsibility and attempt to point the blame at the customer. This is truly showing contempt. I always end up having to book in an engineering appointment only to cancel it when it comes back on a few hours later. I worj from home and can no longer fully rely on this service. It has really gone downhill and there are now other fast speeds ailable from alternative companies in my area.
