Out of contract
Has anyone heard of the outreach team who apparently have better offers than the retention team? I was told today by Michael a senior manager in the retention team that they would phone within 24 hours.I am out of contract on 16 January On Monday 6 January i spoke to one of the retention team called Tanya who was a man. He managed to get my bill down from £62 to £53 and was looking for even better when his computer crashed. He said he would phone me back when it was up and running again but he didn’t
The only offer i can get now is up from £62 to £70 which i really can’t afford. sky have a deal which would cost £57 I would really like to stay with virgin because it’s going would mess up with my emails and im happy with the service But im not hopeful of a call after Tanya didn’t call back
