OTS and account closure

Good afternoon

have switched to another provider using OTS, but Virgin Media is continuing to charge me. Please can you help me to close my account with Virgin Media?

    The VM forum team should reply to your topic within a few days. They may offer to look into it for you.

    You can share your non-cancellation experience with OFCOM. I imagine they will be interested in how OTS is operating in its early days.

    They launched an investigation into VM on 13 July 2023 specifically into VM's cancellation and complaints processes.

    Submitting information won't help your individual complaint but it will contribute to the OFCOM investigation and it sounds like your experience is directly relevant to the terms of reference of the investigation.
