I have switched to another provider using OTS, but Virgin Media is continuing to charge me. Please can you help me to close my account with Virgin Media?

You can share your non-cancellation experience with OFCOM. I imagine they will be interested in how OTS is operating in its early days.
They launched an investigation into VM on 13 July 2023 specifically into VM's cancellation and complaints processes.
