Ordered new broadband but can’t create account

Sorry! Also having this same issue. I made an order that was said to arrive on the 15th of November. It’s now December and I have no way of tracking the delivery since I can’t make an account.

    What stage are you able to get up to exactly when you try registering for My Virgin Media here

    Also, have you received any updates at all regarding your order since 15 November? If you have a tracking number, you can track your parcel here

      Hello Daniel,

      I hope you're well. For as far I can get regarding logging/signing in, I can't login because there apparently isn't an account registered and I can't create an account because I don't have an account number as I've only received an email confirming that the order has been made. As for a tracking number, I have a reference number (RS1000216306) which isn't valid on the website you supplied apparently. Any help would be appreciated.

        Due to an incident at a warehouse operated by one of our third-party suppliers, some customers are experiencing delays receiving their orders. We are working with our partner to expedite deliveries as soon as possible, have directly contacted those customers affected to apologise and will keep them updated.

        I'm going to pop you a PM 📩 so we can take a closer look into this.
