Ordered mix it TV on August 8th on line, got confirmation email, with 7-10 day timeline. Nothing since
Called helpline, but told they could do nothing about web bas d ordered and to wait....nothing since and I don't know how to resolve it. Help!

If it was ordered online this can take up to 14 working days for the order to kick in.
Can I just confirm if you got an email at the time confirming this went through?
