Oops - Looks like something's gone wrong - Packages

Hi, I've been trying to check out different packages / renew contract view / your new deal for my account but every time I click on the "Change your package" button it comes up with a message saying "Oops! Looks like something's gone wrong" - checking the forum, this looks like a common issue. Please can I have some help? Thanks
