My contract was running out and as Virgin were unable to provide me with a decent offer I cancelled their services. Shortly after I received an online exclusive offer from Virgin at 10% discount. I accepted this offer and received the pre contract forms etc thinking all was well. However nothing is showing on my Virgin media account and I am getting a little concerned I have sent an email to the web team. Late November and not received a reply . I contacted Virgin and they have no access to special web deals and cannot see anything on their system any help woukd be appreciated.
