Sorry - it doesn't look like this is going to work. See the text copied below below when I try to follow your instructions: it indicates it's going to 'transfer' the account to my VM O2 ID.
I don't want to transfer my wife's account to me. My phone contract is with O2 and I just want to link to her VM account so I can log in to O2 to access my account, as I could do before VM and O2 merged, and use O2 Priority.
My wife needs to retain the account as a utility account for formal documentation to prove she lives here (I am account holder for the council tax, etc..) and, of course, to be able to access her O2 phone contract.
